Product Detail

Esper Synth is a remarkable library that precisely recreates some of the most iconic sounds from Vangelis' legendary Bladerunner score. You can experience the amazing brassy lead and pad from 'Main Titles' and 'Blade Runner Blues'. This library was sampled from an actual CS80 synth, the very instrument behind Vangelis' signature sound. Inspired by the masterpiece film Bladerunner, whose synth score by Vangelis is truly mesmerizing. We've unearthed the perfect brass lead that defines the Bladerunner score. Unlike synth recreations or samples from the soundtrack, Esper Synth samples directly from patches re - created on an actual CS 80 synth. The brass leads are the star of the library, easy to play right out of the box. No need to adjust knobs or search for the perfect reverb, just load and play. There are 5 versions of the brassy lead sound, 4 pads, 2 bell instruments, and a large offworld percussion section (inspired by the Bladerunner main title cue) with built - in reverb, totaling 12 patches. It's great for Bladerunner fans and for your next sci - fi score. The volume of each patch is usually mapped to the mod wheel for easy dynamic control. The Noir Sci - fi GUI has controls for LOW, MID, and HI EQ, attack / release sliders, a reverb / space control knob, and a button to switch from poly to monophonic for authenticity.

Using Esper Synth is a breeze. First, load the library and you're ready to play. The brass leads and other sounds are extremely playable right out of the box, so you don't have to do any complex adjustments. Remember, if you're not hearing the right volume, tweak the mod wheel as the volume of each patch is mapped to it for dynamic control. When using the GUI, you can adjust the LOW, MID, and HI EQ to shape the sound according to your needs. Use the attack / release sliders to control how the sound starts and fades. The reverb / space control knob can add the right amount of depth to your sound. If you want a more authentic sound, press the button to switch from poly to monophonic. As for maintenance, make sure your software and the library are always up - to - date. Keep your system clean and well - maintained to ensure smooth performance of the synth.
