Product Detail

The P&M Retro Compressor offers a classic vintage sound with its retro-style controls. Easily set your compression settings using the user - friendly knobs. Hit the R - 2, R - 4, and R - 8 buttons for an intense compression sound. Adjust how the compressor responds to the incoming signal with the attack and release knobs, and control the gain reduction level with the compression knob. Trim the input and use the make - up gain to manage the overall output sound. Key features include adjustable compression, attack, and release speeds, selector buttons for extended release duration, and control over input and output levels.

Using the P&M Retro Compressor is a breeze. First, connect it as per the standard plug - and - play method. To set your compression, turn the compression knob to decide how much gain reduction you want on the input signal. The attack knob helps you adjust how fast the compressor starts working when it senses an incoming signal. Use the release knob to set how quickly it stops working after the signal has passed. For a more extreme sound, press the R - 2, R - 4, or R - 8 buttons. Trim the input signal to the right level with the trim knob, and use the make - up gain to boost the output. Remember to keep it in a dry and clean place. Don't expose it to extreme temperatures or humidity. If it gets dirty, use a soft, dry cloth to clean it gently. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials as they may damage the controls and the unit.
