Product Detail

Step into the world of rich textures and shimmering sounds with the Universal Audio Studio D Chorus plug - in. This is an accurate emulation of the 1979 Roland Dimension D, offering the same analog widening effects beloved by music legends like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Brian Eno, and M83. With just a button push, you can bring the iconic analog modulation textures of vintage rack gear to your guitars, drums, synths, and vocals. Key features include creating rich spatial effects on guitars, drums, and synths; adding openness to background vocals and strings; experiencing amazing space and depth in 'all buttons' mode; and enhancing tracks subtly without obvious signal changes. It comes in two versions: UAD Native, which runs on your Mac or PC without UA hardware (AAX, AU, VST3), and Apollo Realtime & UAD - 2, which runs accelerated on Apollo interfaces and UAD - 2 hardware (AAX, AU, VST2, and VST3). Just like the vintage hardware, use the push buttons in any combination to add a colorful, subtle thickening effect. Press all four buttons together, and you'll get a great modulation texture for any instrument. It can make simple guitar/vocal arrangements more interesting and help groups of strings and vocals blend well, all without using compression, EQ, or reverb. It's unbeatable for creating floating guitar textures and synth pads.

Using the Universal Audio Studio D Chorus is a breeze. First, choose the version that suits your setup - the UAD Native if you're using a Mac or PC without UA hardware, or the Apollo Realtime & UAD - 2 if you have the right hardware. Once installed, start adding the plug - in to your guitar, drum, synth, or vocal tracks. To create rich spatial effects, play around with the different push buttons. You can use them in any combination to add a subtle thickening effect. For an extra special modulation texture, press all four buttons at once. When working on background vocals or strings, use the plug - in to add openness. And if you want to make simple arrangements more interesting, just apply the Studio D Chorus without the need for compression, EQ, or reverb. As for maintenance, keep your software up - to - date to ensure the best performance. Also, make sure your computer or hardware meets the recommended system requirements. That's all there is to it, and you're on your way to creating amazing music with the Studio D Chorus!
