Product Detail

Soundiron Sick 2 is a top - notch library for eerie paranormal sound design. It's perfect for horror projects! Recorded in an abandoned Civil War/World War I naval artillery bunker and a World War II/Cold War decommissioned warship, it offers over 200 high - quality horror sound effects and beds at a price as low as a gourmet cheeseburger. The library features subterranean noises like clanks, steps, and creaks, demonic creature vocalizations, twisted soundscapes, and terrifying EVP recordings. The Kontakt interface comes with automation - ready sound - shaping controls, 20 custom sound - designed presets, an adaptable LFO system, 12 filters, a customizable arpeggiator, a key and scale lock system, and a modular FX rack with 18 DSP effect modules. It includes a great convolution reverb with 99 different rooms and 40 custom FX impulses. Designed for Native Instruments Kontakt 5.5 or later, it has many features for wide - ranging sound control.

Using Soundiron Sick 2 is a breeze. First, make sure you have Native Instruments Kontakt 5.5 or later installed. Since the free Kontakt Player only runs it in limited 'demo mode', it's best to use the full retail version. To load the library, use the standard File browser tab and import it into the Kontakt Quickload window. When using the sound - shaping controls, you can easily adjust things like swell, attack, and release to get the sound you want. There are also 20 custom presets, so if you're in a hurry, just pick one and start creating. For the LFO system, you can choose different shapes and set the speed to add some unique effects. The arpeggiator allows you to play around with different patterns. And don't forget to try out the FX rack with its 18 different DSP effect modules. Just assign them in the available slots in any order you like. As for maintenance, keep your Kontakt software up - to - date. Since the sample directories are unlocked, you can use them in other wav - compatible software, but be careful when moving or deleting files to avoid any issues.
