With infinite Duck/Expand/Mute groups, you can clear up space in your mixes like never before. The 'hard - limit' approach in Duck/Expand gives precise results, like getting - 3db of Ducking for your bass track every time the kick drum hits. Group Ducking lets you control multiple elements simultaneously. You can also make vocals Duck the reverb/delay while expanding vocal distortion for added attitude. When combined with our Ceilings Of Sound Pro / Hyper - EQ, you can reshape the Hyper - EQ and instantly hear how it fits in the mix. Ideal for producers, mix/mastering engineers, musicians, and singer/songwriters, it enables professional - sounding mixes at amazing speed. Using the AYAIC Mix Monolith is straightforward. First, set up your system according to the requirements, which include having the right operating system, CPU, RAM, and an iLok account. Once your system is ready, start adding the Monoliths as needed. You can use the 'All Channels' LEARN/MIX feature to handle all Monoliths in your session at once, or the 'This Channel' LEARN/MIX feature for a single one. When working on your mixes, take advantage of the infinite Duck/Expand/Mute groups. For example, if you want the kick drum to affect the bass and other elements, set up a Ducking group. You can choose between 'Free' and 'Sync' modes for Attack/Release settings based on your needs. The 'F' feature in 'Sync' mode is handy for fast attacks. Move elements forward or backward easily with the 'level - plane' fader. And don't forget to use the 'Applied gain' locking feature when necessary.
