Product Detail

The Sonnox Oxford DeNoiser plug - in, with its built - in de - hisser, offers real - time, precise broadband noise reduction. It constantly analyzes the input signal to create a noise profile. You can also use the Freeze Mode to sample audio with just the target noise. Easily set the noise removal threshold and adjust the Reduction slider to your liking. We know the importance of balancing noise removal and keeping the original recording's character, so we've added a Warmth control for richness and a DIFF function to hear only the removed noise. Key features include separate DeHiss, Detect & Remove sections for easy use, a high - resolution display of the input signal and its noise profile, a Frequency Bias Curve for fine - tuning, Mid - Side mode for side content de - noise, Warmth control for post - noise removal sweetening, and make - up gain for true A/B comparisons.

Using the Sonnox Oxford DeNoiser is easy. First, let the plug - in analyze the input signal to build a noise profile. If you prefer, you can switch to Freeze Mode and sample a part of the audio that only has the noise you want to get rid of. Then, set the threshold for noise removal. Adjust the Reduction slider according to how much noise you want to take out. The Warmth control is handy if you feel the audio has lost some richness after noise removal. You can use the DIFF function to listen to just the removed noise. When using the Mid - Side mode, make sure you really want to de - noise only the side content. For maintenance, keep your software up - to - date to ensure the best performance. Also, back up your audio files regularly in case something goes wrong during the noise reduction process.
